SBI Recruitment 2017 – Apply Online for Chief Manager & Manager Posts

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess CAs/ MBA (Finance) for Post 1, 2, M.Sc. (Statistics) for Post 3, MBA/ PGDBM with specialization in Finance from a reputed Institute for Post 4, 5 with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Merit & Personal Interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 600/- for General & OBC candidates, Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates (non-refundable) through online using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in from 29-12-2016 to 13-01-2017 & send hard copy of application along with photocopies of ID proof, Date of Birth, Educational Certificates, Experience, Brief resume, e-Receipt for fee payment, SC/ ST, OBC (With Non creamy layer clause), PWD certificates through post to State Bank of India, Central Recruitment & Promotion Department, Corporate Centre, 3rd Floor, Atlanta Building, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400021 on or before 20-01-2017.

Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Before applying to Online Applicants have valid email & Scanned copies of photo, signature.
2. Candidates should log on to the website www.sbi.co.in.
3. Go to Careers — > Click on “Latest Announcement”.
4. Choose the desired post & Click on “Apply Online”.
5. Click on “Click here for New Registration”, if you are new user.
6. Complete the Registration & Click on “Submit”.
7. After Registration, Log in with Registered Number & Password.
8. Fill the all details in the application & upload Photo, Signature.
9. Application fee should be paid through Online & then Submit the Form.
8. Take printout of for future use.

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION:
I) Candidates will be required to register themselves online through Bank's website
www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in and pay the application fee using debit card/ credit 
card/ Internet Banking etc.
ii) Candidates should first scan their latest photograph and signature. Online application will not be 
registered unless candidate uploads his/her photo and signature as specified.
iii) Candidates should visit Bank's website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in and open the 
appropriate Online Application Format, available in the link called 'Careers'.
iv) Candidats should fill the application carefully. Once the application is filled in completely, candidate 
should submit the data. In the event of candidate not able to fill the data in one go, he can save the data 
already entered. When the data is saved, a provisional registration number and password will be 
generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the registration 
number and password. They can re-open the saved data using registration number and password 
and edit the particulars, if needed. This facility will be available for three times only. Once the 
application is filled in completely, candidate should submit the data and proceed for online fee 
payment.
b) PAYMENT OF FEES :
i) Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) Rs.600/-for General and OBC candidates; 
Rs.100/- (Intimation charges only) for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
ii) Fee payment will have to be made online through payment gateway available thereat.
iii) After ensuring the correctness of the particulars of the application form candidates are required to pay 
fees through the payment gateway integrated with the application. No change/edit will be allowed 
thereafter.
iv) The payment can be made by using debit card / credit card / Internet Banking etc. by providing 
information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the 
candidates.
v) On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt and application form with the date entered by 
the candidate will be generated, which should be printed and retained by the candidate.
vi) If the online transaction is not successfully completed, please register again and make payment online.
vii) There is also a provision to reprint the e-Receipt and Application form containing fee details, at later 
stage.
c) Copies of the application (registered online) along with photocopies of (i) ID proof (ii) Proof of 
Date of Birth (iii) Educational Certificates: Mark-Sheets/ Degree Certificate (iv) Experience 
certificates (v) Brief Resume (vi) e-Receipt for fee payment, (vii) SC/ST certificate, OBC (With 
Non creamy layer clause) certificate, PWD certificate as applicable should be sent to “ State 
Bank of India, Central Recruitment & Promotion Department, Corporate Centre, 3rd Floor, 
Atlanta Building, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021” by post so as to reach us on or before
